Leading Well When You Are Tired

Tired leaders rarely fail dramatically. They drift: slower decisions, thinner presence, reactive priorities.

The recovery is structural, not motivational. Name the two or three things that genuinely require you, and build the week around them.

Then give the rest away on purpose. Delegation is not abdication; it is how you develop the people around you while protecting your own capacity to lead.
